Commercial Embroidery

KenAndy Designs is also engaged in the business of commercial embroidery. This includes corporate identity-wear such as golf shirts, polo shirts, denim shirts and various types of sportswear for summer and winter. Of course this also includes visors and ball caps, golf towels, standard bath towels, sheets, pillow cases and virtually any material that lends itself to the embroidery stitching process.

Nationally Recognized Supplier

We understand that everyone is trying to save money out there, so our clothing markup is minimal and extremely competitive - we are designers not clothing retailers. We work exclusively with nationally recognized industry leaders as our clothing suppliers, such as Broder Brothers for example, so if you wish to know the types of clothing & apparel that we generally work with, you can visit their Website at http://www.broderbros.com . Broder Brothers feature national and designer brands that are top quality and great value for customers who want the best of both worlds.

Embroidering Customer Garments

We are regularly asked if we can embroider a garment or something particular. The answer is a conditional yes. We are able to do so, but even our industry recognizes that there is a fair percentage of failure rate in manufacturing. If we are working with clothing blanks from our supplier, it is easier for us to manage our risk. If we accept other people's clothing, even with the greatest of care there can be production errors that render a garment useless. In such a case, we have an upset client and potentially a garment that we cannot replace. Therefore, we only take garments from clients with great reservation and with a waiver should there be a production error. Incidentally, embroiderers who aren't this cautious in offering their clients fair warning are probably kidding themselves as well as their customers because what do you do if your customer happens to be the one failure in 100. We don't like to work that way and want to make sure our customers are pleased with both our products and our quality.

Contract Embroidery

We are also regularly asked whether we do contract embroidery. Similarly to our answer above the answer is no. We are not a factory doing 100,000 shirts at a time; rather we are a custom shop that charges fair prices on standard commercial embroidery in units up to 500, and charges fair artisan prices for our custom digitization and design work. If you are in our area and need a contract embroiderer, we will be glad to steer you to a discount embroidery shop.
