We've built a private site so customers, partners and Kenandy employees can collaborate with each other around product questions, issues and ideas. Have a question about Kenandy ERP? Just enter it into the Questions channel, and you’ll either find your answer, or have the opportunity to pose it to the Kenandy Community. Depending on your question, you’ll receive a response from a Kenandy expert or another member of the community. Responses will be sent directly to your email address.
You can also simply search the site for the information you want. Search by product version or other criteria. Or sign up for automatic notifications about our upgrades or other information. The site also includes links to all of our product resources—manuals, training material and videos, and webinars. If you want to report a company-specific problem, your designated representative can enter and track cases. If we find a problem with the product, we'll report it to the community. Transparency is key to our mutual success.
