A Force United: Leading Salesforce1 Partners Form a Consortium

It says a lot about a platform, when partners band together to leverage the technology to drive customer success. And that is exactly what Force United is about. It’s a consortium that currently includes Apttus, Kenandy, and ServiceMax—all leading software companies across multiple industries built native on the Salesforce 1 Platform.

The consortium’s mission is to accelerate customer success, simplify adoption, and solve large, complex business challenges by leveraging the Salesforce1 Platform. To that end, Force United also announced an inaugural CIO Innovators Summit for technology leaders from large companies to discuss how cloud, mobile, and social technology tools are shaping a new era of business software. The event takes place on July 16 in Menlo Park, Calfornia.

Apttus creates Quote-to-Cash software that drives the business process between the buyer’s interest in a purchase and the realization of revenue. Their applications include Quote-to-Cash, Configure Price Quote, and Contract Management. ServiceMax produces field service software that helps companies of all sizes manage contracts, scheduling, and parts, while also providing solutions for social, portals, and analytics.

“Global enterprises will need to replace every legacy system over the next decade with one that is architected from the ground up for agility and innovation,” says Sandra Kurtzig, Chairman and CEO of Kenandy. “Salesforce1 has allowed us to build an ERP Business Infrastructure for Innovation. It’s easy to use, implement and change, and creates the business foundation for the Internet of Things. Force United will bring together like-minded companies that will share ideas on how modern enterprises will be transforming their companies.”

The cloud not only facilitates collaboration, but inspires the innovators to collaborate as well! For more information, please visit Force United.
