We Changed Their World

 Change-your-world-blog

Last week concluded our Change Your World Tour, in which we traveled to four cities and spoke with industry leaders from a variety of companies to discuss the pros and cons of legacy ERP systems vs. cloud ERP. The idea was not just to give a presentation with a brief Q&A session at the end, but rather facilitate a discussion about what types of issues these companies are having with their business infrastructure and find out what the solutions are.

Our first stop was in Atlanta at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, where we met with companies such as Fresh Del Monte Produce and Axiall Corporation. They were excited to learn more about cloud ERP and the Salesforce1 Platform, and these clever Kenandy cookies didn’t hurt either.

Next stop, Chicago, where we met with CIOs and VPs of Technology from GE Healthcare, McDonald’s, and DirectBuy, to name a few. They were quite pleased to see this little display of their products that we set up for them.

Boston had quite the busy week with a presence at the Premier CIO Forum immediately followed by roadshow event with New England Biolabs, Sonus Networks, and Abiomed. Here is our CEO Sandy Kurtzig presenting the history of computing platforms and how it has affected ERP along the way.

Our team in New Jersey had a special meeting with several executives from Johnson & Johnson, a company with $70 billion in revenue that has been around since 1886.  We spoke to them about Merrow Sewing Machines, a company with similar tenure (founded 1838) that has transformed their business with Kenandy Cloud ERP.

The intimate nature of meeting with a small group of high-level executives allowed for more interactive discussions, and, as a result, there was a lot of peer-to-peer sharing of knowledge and exchanging of ideas. Everyone spent time to truly re-think ERP! All in all, we call that a success.
